You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Process

  • If the item is eligible, we will send the replacement after receiving and inspecting the original product.

  • If the replacement item is out of stock, you can choose another item or request a refund (if applicable).

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
