At Pajwak Mart, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following terms:

Refund Eligibility

• You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

• Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Important Notes

• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
